First Folio Friday is back! UCI Libraries is hosting a lecture with the author of The Millionaire and the Bard, Andrea Mays. The in-person event will also include a performance by UCI theater students and an opportunity to view UCI Libraries’ copy of the Shakespeare First Folio. Those unable to join us in person are invited to enjoy the virtual livestream found on the event registration page.
Snapshots of Orange County in the 1940s: Spaces, Places, Faces exhibit explores the cultural, economic, and political landscape of Orange County from its inception through World War II. Covering this period of changing demographics and cultural norms, this exhibit shares the stories of the spaces, places, and faces that transformed rural Orange County to a thriving metropolis.
The exhibit will be on display in the main lobby of Langson Library during regular library hours until mid-October 2022. Visit the exhibit page for hours and parking information.
