Voices of the People outlines UC Irvine Libraries' community-centered archives practice (CCAP), which aims to address historical underrepresentation and empower communities to document their own stories, and related partnerships with community organizations.
Statista, a global data and business intelligence platform, is now available free of charge to all UC Irvine students, staff, and faculty. Used by over 4,500 academic institutions, the Statista portal integrates thousands of diverse topics, with data and facts from a wide range of sources, onto a single platform.
UC Irvine Libraries has awarded three new visiting scholars the Southeast Asian Archive (SEAA) Anne Frank Visiting Researcher Award. Named in honor of Anne Frank, the archive’s founding librarian who retired in 2007, the is intended to defray the cost of traveling to Irvine, California to conduct hands-on research within the archive.
