About MLA Fellows
Each year, MLA honors individuals who have made exceptional contributions to further the vision, values, and mission of the association. MLA fellows are members elected by its board of directors for sustained and outstanding contributions to health sciences librarianship.
In addition to having at least 10 years of professional experience in health information science and five or more years of notable leadership in MLA, nominees must also have significant scholarship in refereed publications in the area of health sciences librarianship and/or grant-funded research. (See the MLA fellows webpage for the full list of criteria.)
