Space Reservations

Current UC Irvine students, staff, and faculty are welcome to reserve study spaces online. Visit the Study Space Locator to reserve study rooms, individual study pods, and other Libraries’ spaces.

Updated Fall Hours

The Gateway Study Center and Multimedia Resources Center will have modified hours in fall 2025, and the Special Collections and Archives Verle and Elizabeth Annis Reading Room will be open 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Due to an anticipated collections move, users are advised to submit research requests as far out as possible.
